I offer 3 levels of business advisory engagement, in order for you to have a choice between impact, velocity, and cost. I also offer custom engagements for those who have more specific needs; if you require a hands-on project price like that, rather than advisory/coaching, drop me a line and we’ll discuss.
Fractional Leadership
I integrate with you and your firm as a part-time senior leader–for a fraction of the cost of a full-time executive.

/mo- What You Get:
- A Fractional CxO for a half-day per week (up to 15 hours/month). Strategic leadership and execution where required (sales, operations, etc). Time is allocated as most effective.
- Pick This Option If…
- You want regular guidance and want to offload some high-value executive responsibilities to help build the agency you wish you had.
Bi-Weekly Advisory
An effective middle-ground between pace & cost, this option offers bi-weekly meetings & follow-ups to move the needle.

- 2 one-hour sessions per month, including to-dos and meeting notes. Also includes up to 1 hour of follow-up, tools, advice and resources each month, as/if applicable.

- You’re serious about improving your firm, and want to leverage expert guidance and experience from someone who’s been there.
Monthly Check-In
The lowest-cost option and a good starting point for those who aren’t sure what they need, but know they want some guidance.

- 1 one-hour session per month, including to-dos and meeting notes. Also includes up to 30 minutes of follow-up, tools, and resources each month, as/if applicable.
- Pick This Option If…
- You want to keep costs low and try advisory on for size, or just have a few questions a month that need additional perspective.
* All fees in CAD. Any time requested above and beyond outlined package limitations is billed at Additional Hourly Rates of: $225 for Fractional; $250 for Bi-Weekly; $275 for Monthly.
